policy, we buy and sell only warranted components, and provide on top of this
our own FREE 5 year Warranty which consists of a 1 year collect & return parts
and labour, followed by a further 4 years of Return to base warranty covering
labour costs only, we estimate that no matter how large the problem we can have
an individual system running for the next day in the case of total failure,
or in the case of a network or cabling problem using our diagnostic software
a turnaround of 3-4 days maximum and if all else fails we will happily strip
the machine or network and replace all components.

spend as much time as you like without fear of 50/70 pence per minute charges
